"We were in London for 4 nights. The accommodation was very comfortable, our teenager used the sofa bed and we had the other room. Having two bathrooms is great. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and being able to have breakfast there made things easy. "This property was very comfortable for our group of 9, with plenty of private bedrooms (each with it's own key), beds and bathrooms for all. A few of the bedrooms and the livingroom had TVs. The common living quarters were TIGHT for a group this size. While this did not bother us, there are many stairs to get to and from bedrooms, kitchen and livingroom. "We stayed here for a few weeks to celebrate the Christmas holiday. The place is very clean and well maintained, with modern furnishings and amenities along with a well stocked supply of anything you could need. "Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. The apartment was explained in detail, but what really attracted us were the many details that drown you when you look at them. "Handy location. Suitable for couple. Very small kitchen, looked sufficient for short stay. We only used kettle and toaster, ate out or with family who lived nearby. Host aware made us aware of electricity outage - all sockets apart from kitchen. This meant no TV and had to charge phones, etc, in kitchen. Not fixed during our 4 night stay, hopefully fixed by now. "Family of 4, two kids 19 and 20 stayed for five days - took in two football matches, 5 or 6 museums, christmas lights on every street, ancient bookstores and all of it within easy, safe walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Anthony made things very easy and was prompt in response. "

"Beautiful townhome that was well appointed. Host was very attentive and communicative. Furnishings were top notch, comfortable and clean. Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. Located next to train tracks but this was not an issue as the windows were truly sound proof. We did occasionally feel the vibration of the trains but that was not bothersome. In all,...

"We stayed in this house for Christmas and enjoyed our time. The location is convenient to get to stores, restaurants and the Underground. The previous reviews were spot on, though. The hot water runs out pretty quickly, so we scattered our showers. Also, there had been a previous accident in one of the bedrooms and we spent time trying to clean up the smell. That was disappointing, but we made the best of it. "

"Staff very welcoming upon arrival and informative. The room was clean ans perfect size for 2 of us. Situated between the embankment and trafalger square/ the strand, so easy access to trains, underground and bus routes. Would recommend esp for more than one night as the kitchen amenities in the room make it more affordable for those that don't want to dine out every night. "

"This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep."

"This property is gorgeous and the room and bathroom were updated and clean. David at the front desk was very professional and hospitable and helped with my baggage. The bar area was fun and they made great drinks. This is located right by the metro so made it easy to get around town. I’ll definitely be back! "
