"Only negative was airport transfer bus does not unload and load at hotel entrance. Not far to walk but difficult with snow on the ground and carrying ski bags . "

"We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! We want to come back in every season. "

"The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though."

Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. Many bugs in the room, most of it dead, looks like house keeping didn't see underneath the sofa chairs. I stayed for 10 days, they only cleaned the room every 2 days, 1st and 3rd day they replenish the amenities for the facial lotion that comes in a small...

"You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. No problem to communicate in English, If you have a car, this is the best choice. Last fall, I stayed here and when I planned to come this area again I didn’t even check other hotel. It says everything."
