Convenient location to ski in and out of An’nupuri. All staff member from front desk, shipping luggage, kitchen staff to housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. The onsen was clean and bonus was the sauna and cold plunge. The morning buffet was ok, I would recommend to have more fruit varieties other than just grapefruit and pineapple. Overall spent 4 very nice days skiing and we ate out for dinner, highly recommend making reservations at lucky fingers and Matsuri.

Hotel room was clean but small. The staff was nice but not very helpful with transportation arrangements. There is not much around the hotel so the only way to move is in the resort shuttle.

Good for Ski beginner & family 。No convenient shop nearby . Reception counter prepare several bag of bread for sale . Everyday . Vending machine in the premises. Taking 45 mins bus ride to Hirafu . 2 convenience store in Hirafu .

施設のサイズが大型過ぎず、施設内の移動がとてもコンパクトで素晴らしかったです。朝夕ビュッフェは外資系高級ホテルと遜色なくしっかりとした質と量で、もしビュッフェが飽きたら、ロビー横にある小さなレストランで多種類のアルコールとともに洗練された食事をとることもできます。宿泊者用のショップでは必要十分な軽食が用意されており、スキーグッズも良質なブランドのものがたくさん用意されていました。スキーレンタルもとてもスムーズで借りたら、すぐ横にある宿泊者用のロッカーに入れておいておけます。ロッカーからすぐゲレンデに出られるので、ブーツはいてスキーを担いで移動する距離はわずかに10～15メートル程度で本当に便利です。温泉もとてもきれいでサウナも露天風呂もあり、宿泊者数よりもとても広く、ほぼ満室だったにも関わらず全く混雑していませんでした。ニセコのスキーリゾートホテルの中でも群を抜いて素晴らしいホテルだと思います！
