"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

My only criticism is with the room, I dropped an earbud and it rolled under the bed. It was disgusting underneath and the room was underwhelming. Not what I expected for the rating. There was damage in the bathroom, walls in the room and dated furniture. "

"Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating.
