"The property was in a great location. The only complaint/concern was the lack of a night guard that was visible. I have stayed in Times Square four times now and every hotel except this one either had an elevator that needed a key to even open it to get in or a visible guard at the door. One night we saw one but he was on the couch on his phone and never even looked up when we came in and went up to our room. "

The bathrooms were a bit weird as when I looked up, I could see into the bathroom with the door closed when someone was in there. That was the only flaw."
