"The Rise is centrally located in Osaka with good connection to the train network and in good walking distance to bars, trains, and convenience stores. The hotel is well presented and the facilities are as expected. My only note is that the elevator is slow and not well programmed given the number of stories and guests."

They asked for credit card recording even room charges has been thru' hotels.com and when I questions they didn't explain well for sure in English and there is not even mini-bar in room.
