They are very strict with check in and check out times though you can pay early to check in after noon. The breakfast, available for a small fee, was exceptional with a variety of traditional and western options. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and Dotonbori. With a fix to the AC issue, this would be an ideal place to stay in Osaka."
