"Lovely hotel - staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the river. Couple of minor niggles, the room service tray wasn’t collected for quite a while and I did have to ask for it to be removed. The heating is way too high and I couldn’t adjust it. "Booked this hotel again because of the facilities after a hard day on the road the spar is a nice go to relax. ….. I was horrified to find that a 45min relaxation session was going to cost £8 even though the pricing tariff stated £5 apparently the price had increased that day. Location is remote for visiting the local area but only a short drive away. This hotel will now be taken off my favourite list of places to stay when working again in the area. Not got a feel good satisfaction this time...
