"Great no frills accomodation but in a great location for all the local facilties and nightlife. Stayed there several times and can't grumble. Be nice if there was somewhere to stores/hang clothes etc in the room but no dramas living out a bag for 2 days. "

"Not sure they react to what's booked with Expedia etc but after hiccup. It was alright and breakfast is free. Free tea and Internet. Beds were good enough and showers were good. Next to by byker station also, the area ain't up market but the hostel is cheap and serves a purpose,"

"The apartment needed a bit of TLC. It was quite tatty. One of the kitchen doors was hanging off. There was a constant sound from the pipes or air conditioning throughout the night. The hall and doorway into the building was scruffy. Good for metro. Breakfast was good. "
