We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

Only thing if i was to say any negative was it can be a little noisy at night but you are in central london so have to expect some noise and the positives far outweigh this. Hope to be able to stay again."
