"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. "We loved staying at Bermonds Locke! It was an ideal location, and check in was very smooth. We liked that the rooms had a kitchen and washer/dryer, however the dryer didn't really dry our clothes very well (NOT the hotel's issue I'm sure). The front desk staff was great.
