"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. "Overall great value for money. Beds aren't the comfiest but that's to be expected with a bunk bed. Rooms were very warm but everywhere was very clean. Location is great too, 10 minute walk from Euston and right next to a tube stop (so you can hear the tubes going by) "

"A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."

Great room for single occupancy

"I booked the room with no window, in the picture there was a fold down small desk/shelf. There was not one in the room. There was 1 small bed side table one side of the double bed as the other side of the bed was pushed up flush against the wall. Absolutely fine for single occupancy but I feel the room would be too small if there was two of us. The room was clean, bed was comfy and warm and the showere was nice and powerful. Thecprice was very reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. As it was only me in the room I had a very pleasant stay. I would definately use again."

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and I think it’s a great find in central London. Staff are always super friendly, rooms are consistent in their comfort and amenities. Location is spot on. Clearly they work hard to provide a great experience for the price. Genuinely impressed! "
