"Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. . "

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."

The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment.
