"As soon as we walked to our room there was a tray filled with dirty dishes. Like someone was in our room. The ph in the room was disconnected for reception so we had to come down to reception and tell them to have it taken away. There also should be a better deal for parking. But for convenience to everywhere, it was good. "

"Great location. Pleasant staff. A bit dated. The bathroom in our higher floor studio unit was incredibly small. The coffee machine that I was so happy to see didn’t work, and I asked for the staff to check it but I don’t think any one did."

"Liked: 1) Excellent location (5 min walk to Queen Victoria Market; Elizabeth St tram half a block away so it was very easy to get to Bourke St or Flinders station) 2) Room was clean and well serviced 3) Lots of stores and shops nearby, including an excellent Turkish bakery practically next door Needs improvement: Hotel could use a bit sprucing up … but I understand a major renovation is planned soon "

"Wonderful location in the heart of the CBD. Tough access up steep flight of steps ( no one offered to help with our 2 large bags, they just watched, and not sure how you get on if you have mobility issues.) Our first room had no WiFi connection ( they said they had problems on this floor) and the AC didn’t seem to be cooling properly. So we insisted on moving. The person helping us was very sympathetic.
