"The person who checked us in lacks customer service. Don’t expect someone who is over enthusiastic but a bit better personality would help. I don’t understand why they take the card to pre authorise the check in payment and when when you check out they take the card again. Surely if a card is pre authorised it just takes the payment. "It is a very central hotel and it was very quiet. The room was not enormous but it was comfortable and the staff was distant but nice. There were paid parking. All in all A pleasant stay "

"We stay every year as part of our Christmas shopping weekend and nothing really changes. It’s a good quality hotel, with great rooms & good amenities. The local is good but there is nothing else around so you’re in it with them in terms of food etc which is a little pricey. I think breakfast could be better. "
