"We stayed there one night and had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight. It was convenient and close to terminal 3 which is where our American Airlines flight was. It was only around 6 pounds per person to use the hotel shuttle and the shuttle left every 30 minutes. The bed was very comfortable."

"I was anxious travelling for the first time with two young children and lots of luggage, Sorrin at the front desk was just superb at taking care of us and putting us at ease, he helped us with the luggage to the room, and booked us a taxi to the airport the next day, he was so calm and collected and made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing."

"The tube is right there but there is no elevator for the tube. The area is nice with a few pubs with good food plus the two hotels have restaurants. Snack shop, pharmacy even KFC right there. And the tube will take you anywhere else you want to go. Hotel elevator is very secure as you have to use your room key to operate. Porters to handle luggage. excellent value."
