"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. "Stayed for two nights. We were allowed to check in early and chose where we wanted our room. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. The shower products smelt amazing. The location was excellent. We stayed due to an event at the royal Albert hall and it took us a 10 minute walk and tubes were easy to use with no fuss. A really enjoyable visit and would definitely return."
