"The hotel is really well located, clean and exactly what we expected. The only issues we had were that the water would not go cold in the shower and the check in process was clunky. The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception. They were lovely and friendly and would stay again, but just a couple of small things they could do better."

"The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out....
