"The tiny cottage was cute and accurately described. Space is tight, however because of the beachfront location you won’t be spending time in the cottage. Bed, loft, sofa and dining furniture comfortable. Lots of great amenities on property, 2 grills, picnic tables, clothing lines to dry towels/bathing suits, hot out door showers, beach chairs, boogie boards, adarondic chairs overlooking the ocean.Would absolutely stay there again! :)"

Charming home in a good location, fully stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and throws; snack basket for our arrival, water in fridge and on countertop, coffee pods, all sorts of sweeteners, full dinnerware, pots, pans, mugs etc.. not a single thing was missing! BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels, binder with all restaurants in the area, soap, shampoo, even extra toothbrushes (which in fact came in handy for my boyfriend who'd forgotten his! "

"This place is a hidden gem – a fantastic location for bird watching, kayaking and sunset viewing. Only a short walk to the beach, to Wells Harbor or to Forbes. A very bright and clean cottage that is well-stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. All of the appliances are new (or nearly new) and all of them work! We recently stayed at another rental and actually had to vacuum the entire place upon entering, which we did NOT have to do here!
