"Staying in Queenstown for an extra 5 days after a two week tour. Hotel is new. Everything worked. Breakfast was good. Lobby, hallway and room were clean. Staff was helpful and check-in was a breeze. I arrived 5 hours before check-in time and they stored my luggage. Large picture window with views of the mountain and the gondola. Watching people paragliding was fun."

We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed."
