We stayed at a Mercure Hotel in Deauville, France so decided to try it again. Both stays proved to be safe, well priced. a nice breakfast, etc. Good value and reliable service.

We always opt to stay at Mercure due to the convenience of it. The buffet breakfast is overpriced for a small eater - paid $30 odd dollars for a piece of toast and drink. Otherwise can’t complain.

Property is dated and needs renovation. Our room had dirty carpets with spill marks. Staff was fantastic and check in was smooth. We found parking on all days we were there - free on site. Location was great, short drive from town centre. We booked double queen bed room with lake view and it had an amazing view and size.
