"Great location for nextday flight, staff are always lovely. Shower is good. Mattress is old fashioned: way too bouncy to be good for your back. Plenty of parking and EV charging. Excellent breakfast. The taxi service to the airport (contractor) is very good although they are forces to add the drop off fee of £6 which is 50% premium! (Not hotel fault). "

"I stayed here simply because it is close to the airport so I could get to the airport quickly next morning. Hotel is about 5-min by taxi from the LHR, just under 10 GBP. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Room service was quick. Wished the menu had more selections though."

"We came to the hotel for my daughter's birthday. The staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. Lovley swiming pool and gym. Nice rooms very comfortable beds. Our daughter's stay was made special she got lovley happy birthday banner and free piece of cake. Dinner was lovely atvthe restaurant and great breakfasts. I will definitely look for an opportunity to come again. Thank you to all staff for.their hard work. "

"Very useful stopover for Purple Patking drop off for Heathrow. Perfect stop after a long flight before a long drive. Excellent staff. £15 for overnight parking. Our bathroom door was warped and didn’t close properly but other than that all was good. Breakfast starts at 6.30am too and was plentiful and included "
