"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

"My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. "The apartment was nice and clean and the stay was very comfortable, the only negative was the door to the apartment slammed whenever you closed it and one of the permanent residents of the building complained to me about it. "

"This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. "Perfect for travelling family Heena checked us in and inquired about our stay daily. Thanks Heena!!!!!!!! Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. "It was lovely. The room was small yet just enough for a couple. I wish there was a small fridge for our cold drinks. Toilet bowl had some stains on the outer side just below the seat cover but maybe just a minor thing that was missed by the cleaner. Temperature can be adjusted according to your preference which was really good. Easily accessible to and from Heathrow airport"

"Great hotel with friendly staff, pleasant 14th floor bar, cocktail Aviation is prefect. Food in the 1st floor restaurant is also good and fresh. However no water in room at all even in small bottle, no cap for dush, no bath robe, note please, no bath robe it is not about Hilton. Why I prefer Hilton if I have choice, firstly because ideal proportion price-quality, secondly because standard and, first of all, it is an internal lock you can use to block the door inside, it is for safety and, secondly, bath robe for comfort and, of course some water reserve to drink, at least small still and sparkling. I hope next time to find all this as usually in Hilton. Thank you very much in advance."
