"Overall good. Only complaints are that our Superior Room was not at all sound proof as it advertises; you can hear very clearly what is outside and what is inside. Also, bathroom shower curtains smelled like mold. Otherwise, everything was great especially the food for breakfast and dinner (dinner also costs about 100 USD and isn’t with any package, but was very fancy)"

"The hotel is close to the subway/train station and only a few minutes from the Kyoto station, which is very convenient. The rooms are pretty small, so it is not easy to accommodate luggage, but if you travel light, it should be okay. Maybe, because of the small rooms, they have a nice lobby area where you can sit and relax and maybe eat all the snacks from the 7-11 located just on the first floor of the building.
