"We stayed here for 2 nights as a closer and cost efficient alternative to Hakone. The staffs were accomodating, and the room size is relatively large for Japanese hotel standard. During our stay, they also provide complimentary breakfast which made our stay very memorable. Location is very strategic to the train station, making our next part of journey to be easier. Highly recommended !"

We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room.
