We were offered an early check-in, which, after long trip, was very appreciated. Our room was nice, not-so-big, but sizeable, with very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. "This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "

"The hotel and staff were great. Comfortable beds. Our room did not face the main road, so I think that had a big influence on the quiet of the room. The hotel is small, blink and you’ll miss it, but quite lovely. Delicious breakfast. Best thing though? The staff. What a lovely group of people. Honestly, the team there was so nice! Helpful & kind. While Old Quarter was chaos outside - inside was tranquil and the staff made all the difference. "
