"Exactly what a short stay booking should be. Friendly staff on the desk, super fast simple solution when we reported an issue with air con. Only disappointment was the £20 charge for overnight (1 day) parking but we parked a 5 min walk away for £10 so all good. Otherwise a great stay!"

"This is the second time staying Pembroke studios. The studio both times where exceptionaly clean and tidy. It's situated in the middle between Liverpool city centre and the eye hospital. Plenty of shops nearby. Will definitely be going back staying there. "

"Very welcoming staff and the downstairs was clean and well maintained. Next to the racecourse the hotel parking was effortless, paying at the manned entry booth with either cash or card. The room's sofa bed cannot really be used as a sofa as when you sit on either end, you roll into the middle. Road noise on the road side, may seem obvious but loud even when dry, or pay extra for a racecourse side room. A 5 minute walk into the city centre with everything that has to offer."
