We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Our family room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. We really like the space and their free breakfast was good too although it was a bit busy at the cafe. I do wish that the cafe to be more comfortable. My husband said it looked like a jail cafeteria. And it actually did. "

"My bf and I were visiting Osaka for 4 days and we picked the Apa hotel - Midosuji Honmachi-Eki Tower mostly because it was within the average price per night, super close to the metro station, to the shopping area Shinsaibashi and Namba - Dotonbori. The rooms are tiny but clean and nice, have storage under the bed for the luggage. The hotel has spa, massage and restaurant which are a little pricy. Laundry machines - coin paid. "We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "
