Get the breakfast included with your stay, well worth it. Cosplay costumes and treats in the lobby. Only thing they could improve upon is having outlets for charging in their lobby and more comfortable seating in lobby. Great walking location to shopping and restaurants."

"Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it.
