"Hard to live here without a car, it’s far from downtown in a city without much commotion. Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary at night. Nice view of Fuji tho"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all helpful and kind. The food was delicious (be prepared for A LOT of food at breakfast and dinner) and we loved our in-room onsen . The hotel is showing its age with some visible wear and tear but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend staying here. "This location was beautiful. We had a room facing the mountain with a large window and patio. Staff were very nice and English was not a problem. Tattoos need to be covered for the hot spring. There are no sidewalks directly to the hotel but there are many food options within walking distance. Parking was available. There is 1 laundry machine so if you need it you will likely need to wait. "

"The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the train station, making it easily accessible. It is within walking distance of the Mt. Fuji Museum and a nearby temple. Additionally, there are many other temples in the area to explore."
