"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. "Although a 3* Hotel, the service we received was more in keeping with a 5*. Our room was clean, free of dust and mould, loved the decor. The swimming pool was a huge attraction for my grandchildren and we were able to continue using the facilities after we had officially checked out. Food was well presented and good sized portion. "

"I didn’t realised that immigrants are staying at that hotel. Kids are wondering around at the car park and playing. Security are all round. I didn’t expect security at the hotel. First when we enter bit worried. But later we are fine inside our room."

"Lovely place, friendly staff and excellent location Unfortunately the wall between rooms was so thin I could hear every moment of my neighbour all night. Also the pillows are terrible- made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. I appreciate you can’t do anything about the soundproofing in such a lovely old building but the pillows are a very cheep easy fix Would stay again but not whilst working! "
