"The elevator was not working fully due to recent flood damage. We had to text someone everytime we needed to go down. Kind of inconvenient because sometimes there was a wait since we were on the 28th floor. The room was a tad stuffy even with the ac on. Room was clean and hotel location was great. "

"My children and i had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool exceeded our expectations! It is large and warm! The kids had a blast swimming in it. Our room was clean amd comfortable. The free breakfast offered waffles, eggs, sausage and other items! All.in all, it was a great stay. My kids didnt want to leave!"

"The hotel is lovely, however it is positioned next to a complex of social housing, so the area is a little rough around the edges. Saying that, we had no issues in the 6 nights we stayed :). The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the beds are comfy. It is worth noting, which i hadn't read anywhere they do require a $100 deposit, which is refundable. One way you could possibly improve your service for others finding the area not as safe as they would have liked, is providing a free shuttle bus...
