"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"Initial reaction during check in wasn't the best because pregnant staff member wasn't very welcoming. She spoke very low and was short in her words. Later during my stay, I did have an issue with plumbing in our room. Staff was great about moving us to another room because issue kept happening. I appreciated that and would stay with them again in the future due to location of subway, food options and shopping nearby. "

"I love the restaurant inside of the hotel. Breakfast everyday was delicious. The waiters were pleasant. I also loved the bartender as well. Everything was walkable around the hotel. Also, the NY waterway ferry was easy to navigate. I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again. One other thing that was nice, was the rooms were spacious compared to the compact hotel rooms in NYC. "

"I must say, The Ameritania was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion. It was Deon's 44th birthday and the staff left him birthday gifts in the room for our arrival. It was very clean and they even upgraded our room at no additional charge. If you are interested in visiting NYC near Time Square, this is the place to stay!!!"

Everything great except the last night at the hotel, there was no body wash in the shower. The front desk was unable to get any for us as supplies were locked up for the night."
