No elevator, no restaurant, tiny room and they didn’t want toilet paper flushed due to the delicate plumbing. None of this would prevent us from staying again but know what you are booking. "We truly enjoyed our stay at the Don Rafa hotel. The staff was phenomenal. The room was beautiful. We had only two notes-a dresser in the room would’ve been useful. We managed to get by with an extra suitcase stand but more drawer space would’ve been welcome. The only other note is if you are on the street side, the windows are quite thin and it sounds as though they are open when loud noises go by. It was not a make or break situation and we definitely would return given the opportunity."

"Without question, the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating hotel staff of anywhere I have traveled, all over the world! The hotel is absolutely lovely and right smack dab in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. Super cool little photo booths on site as well as an adorable sweet treats cafe with the friendliest shopkeeper. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place!
