"We moved rooms twice before we had all services Pleasant enough room, bath lovely but missed a head rest, bath sheet supplied was lovely as well Pool was cold but ok except for swimming lessons expanding into main pool area, towels were tiny, only big enough for hair, there was no hair conditioner in any of the rooms or changing facilities. Basic bar menu, breakfast was well cooked and plentiful "

"For a standard room, it was spacious and clean. Disappointed we couldn’t get into the rooftop bar at 2.45, had to book apparently, could only get in at 9pm which was for residents only, but there was live music which was very good, enjoyed our stay and would book rooftop next time"

"It is well-positioned within easy walking distance of places to visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable and, for once, the pillows were super comfy too!"

"Staff are always very good but it’s lost a little of its charm and maybe isn’t quite as relaxed as it used to be. Leisure suite can only be used at strict times otherwise it’s £70 to use it per person."
