"Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. "We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! "I loved it. I was there visiting my nephew and his husband. It was a comfortable space to have them over. It was a home away from home. The only negative I could say to anyone looking is this: If you are not a big city person, you might find it too noisy for you. I did not as I live in a big city. The police station is very nearby, so you will hear a lot of sirens. If this type of thing would bother you, it might not be your pick. But it was perfectly fine for me!"
