"Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Grest price and great location. Check in was easy and quick. Got to the room to find only 1 bed, despite the booking being for 2 adults and 1 child. Back down to reception to ask if a single bed could be set up to be met by quite possibly the most abrupt and rude person this hotel employs. Was met with "we only do double beds, did you not read your booking!" "Well, we might have a single bed but can you not see how busy we are." Now personally, it is...
