"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids. "Just an overnight, overall the stay was good. We checked in late afternoon, and were back out for a meal before going to the theatre, so we didn't spend a lot of time there, however the room was nice, a good size and spotless. "Arrived at 330 our room wasn’t even ready so given a voucher for a cocktail messed with our plans to be in the spa early then dinner. So had to change these all by time we got into our room. The units were all sticky from night before glasses spilled drink . Spa fab but mobbed , left our robes with room key to come back to and someone lifted them so we had no robes no room keys so ye again back to reception that’s not a good set up everyone wearing same stuff!
