"Beautiful hotel in Hakone! We loved our traditional room. Had a nice balcony too! Loved hearing the birds sing throughout the day. Really appreciated the option of a private onsen to enjoy as a couple. Very relaxing and cleansing. The hotel is next to a beautiful garden that lights up at night. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Also had an amazing restaurant which we visited twice only a short walk away - the restaurant is just beside the Hakone Museum of Art. Felt so pampered and relaxed. Was an awesome way to end our 2 week trip to Japan. Highly recommend!"

"It is a 5 min walk from the station, the rooms are clean and the building feels new. The real differentiator though is the onsen on the 12 floor with sauna, hot and cold baths... a treat."

"The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"

"We had a great overnight stay in Gotemba. The only negative was the bed was so hard. I like a firm mattress but this was beyond firm. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "
