"I always stay at No. 10 when I am in Preston. Fantastic central location for easy access to train station, shops, university, bus station etc. Rooms always exceptionally clean. I usually try to stay on a high floor because the only downside of No. 10 are the creeky floors so if someone in a room upstairs comes in late, you can hear them. "We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!...

"What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "
