The room was very clean for a very busy hotel. I felt like they maintained cleaning standards even though it is so high traffic. They offer private onsens. Yes you pay for it but it was nice that it was offered because Japan is not tattoo friendly at all. At almost all places tattoos are not allowed in the public...
