"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The gardens and grounds are absolutely picturesque and impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were consistently delicious, and the staff were all attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The spa was impressively large, and my wife especially enjoyed her massage. The only minor downside was that the sauna and steam rooms were quite small, only accommodating around six people at a time, which could be limiting during peak hours. Our room was very spacious and beautifully presented. We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom, but housekeeping and management were quick to respond and resolved it efficiently, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it."

"Wanted a night away over the bank holiday but not too far from home (Wales) so this was perfect. Booked the club package and for £70 it was exceptional value. Room was great, perfect for a short stay, had everything I needed. Dyson hair dryer, capsule coffee machine, reusable water bottle for the gym and a bag of jelly babies, marketing team excelled by renaming them ‘Village People’! Really good levels of service and good in room information via QR codes. Self check in was quick and efficient. Having use of the gym was a bonus. Towel and locker key provided. Gym very very well equipped, nice pool but mostly loved the steam room , sauna and ice bath. I didn’t eat or buy drinks (apart from Starbucks coffee in the morning) as huge M&S 5 min drive so bought food with me for an in room picnic! Would definitely book again especially for the price I paid "

"Apex is a beautiful hotel right at the heart of Bath. We arrived early and were checked in easily with a warm staff welcome. The room was perfect. The location can't be beat!"

"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"Great value for money located right in the city centre. The staff throughout the stay were all fantastic- both friendly and professional. The room itself was a junior suite, I was unsure about not having a window, but the room was so quiet and comfortable we slept well. Lovely shower, toiletries and drink making facilities - very nice to have oat milk sachets. Breakfast was ideal, nice healthy options and drinks included. Overall very impressed and will definitely stay again. "
