"For a hostel it did the job but there were no towels (had to pay extra) and no floor mat on the bathroom. Shower would spray water all over the floor so the floor was consistently wet as nothing dries in the humidity. They offered a solution of using their service lift, where a member of staff would be on hand to escort us to the lift and open it for us.
