"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause...

"Great area. The perfect location for everything we planned to do in Liverpool. But the apartment and entry itself was rundown. It was obvious it had been smoked in at some point. We noticed by smell each time we entered the apartment and because there was a cigarette burn in the couch’s arm. "

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"I can't review the property because it was a scam. We arrived earlier, tried talking to someone at all costs, calling to get a message saying that the number doesn't exist, knocking, using the password that was provided. We tried everything. Waited almost 2h to make sure it wasn't a timing thing but nobody ever replied. Finally someone showed up, someone who was opening the door and we asked about it and his answer was "I live here, I don't know anything about a hotel here and we are not...
