"Great stay once more "

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"A great two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with lovely pool and friendly staff. Pool bar was good value with good food. The only niggle was there was a lack of daytime entertainment, normally I don’t mind this but when the info board provides details of aqua gym and quiz and bingo events I expect them to take place, none materialised during our stay."

"Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5. "

"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "If a premier location is your first priority in Adeje, then this has to be high on the list. Located by the harbour, these apartments have bars, restaurants, shops,a sandy beach and a Snooker/Pool/Darts centre only yards away. The apartments (although a bit dated) are spacious.
