"I would reccomend this hotel and I would stay here again. We travelled as a couple with a 16 month old baby and the room was very comfortable and balanced having everything we needed for our baby as well as being a nice place to relax. We used the pool and our baby enjoyed using it as well. The staff are very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel is well situated with multiple restaurants, a supermarket, taxis and bars around as well as being near enough to Plaza Duque to walk...

"This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. "All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"
