Location is a little lively at the weekend, but noise minimal with balcony doors closed. Lots of nice restaurants and bars very nearby and only a few minutes to the beach. "

The place is very quiet and there's not many tourists around, I consider this as an advantage. 15-45mins from larger tourist places if you'd like to get something fancy to eat or party a bit. 5 minutes of walk to the nearest local groceries. 5 minutes of walk to a really great place for Coffe or brunch (Boreal). "Angenehm ruhiger Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Aussicht. Nette, einfache Unterkunft mit einem sehr herzlichen und hilfreichen Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"Für Liebhaber von Ruhe sehr gut am Rande eines Dorfes (Vento) gelegen. Tourismuszentren in Los Christianos / Play de las Americas in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Grundstück ist, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat aber seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, insb. die sanitären Anlagen, sind sanierungsbedürftig."
