"We had a great time in this holiday apartment. The space is just enough for a family of four. The communication and the hospitality with the responsible persons was perfect. We highly appreciated the flexibility with check- in/- out times. The location is very nice with the kids being happy as the pool was just outside the door. To pay extra for sunbeds is a small minus. Thank you for everything."

"The Villa Iris is very nice inside, having two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. There is air conditioning in the en-suite (which was really needed due to the extreme heat we encountered during our stay in June/July). The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential items you would need. The outside is spacious with a shaded eating area and relaxing drinks area (nicely lit up at night). "Firstly it’s a long way from anywhere. Secondly you need to be pretty fit to access the property. Thirdly there are no shops or restaurants in Carrizales and it’s a drive on very winding to get anywhere. That said the property itself is excellent as is the property manager"

"We spent a week at this Villa in October 2019. From the moment of booking the owner was quick to reply to any messages or queries, this continued through out our stay. The villa was beautifully presented and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. A lovely bonus was the basic toiletries and cleaning essentials, that were provided, even though you are just a few minutes walk from ‘Grand Sur’ shopping complex with a large supermarket. "the hotel is at the back of the resort and on a hill, it is easily recognised by its roofline and thus you can find it to walk back too. the apartment, was spacious, in good condition, clean and well decorated and provisioned. swimming pools were clean and had life guards all day, but unheated. "I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
