"If you book a standard room take a pillow and sleep on the main road at least you can be close to the restaurants etc. the standard rooms ARE the driveway, non stop cars,bikes, people walking past the room and if you open the blinds every one will see everything. No privacy and way too noisy all day and night. Staff were very friendly and helpful but no way those rooms should be offered as accommodation. "

In the middle of the night, unknowingly relaxing in bed I saw something moving, only to discover bed balls all over the bed frame. I waited 1 hour in the lobby in extremely humid conditions and the property managers were not responding to me or Hotels.com when we tried to contact them multiple times.
