"I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. From the bathroom smelling of sewage, and being bitten with bed bugs I was disgusted by what I saw. In the middle of the night, unknowingly relaxing in bed I saw something moving, only to discover bed balls all over the bed frame. I had no choice but to pull the mattress away from the frame and sleep on the floor as there is no 24hr front desk. I'm now bitten all over my legs, and the owner wasn't sympathetic, just wanted me...

Our spacious and well-appointed room opened directly onto a shared infinity pool, offering breathtaking sea views surrounded by nature. The only sounds we heard were the soothing songs of birds. The onsite restaurant serves delicious cuisine with excellent service, enhancing the overall experience. For those looking to explore Kamala Beach, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service. Alternatively, it is a scenic 30-minute walk, though the route includes a few steep hills that reward you with stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality, serene atmosphere, and stunning location."

"Convenient quiet setting within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus was available to get to the beach which ran three times a day but you need to put your name on the list held at reception. We didn't like the outlook of the room we were allocated so asked if we could change. The staff were accommodating and showed us an alternative room which we didn't take. However their response to our request made us feel that they would do their best to resolve the issue. Overall the staff were friendly and pleasant whoch we appreciated."
